the Idea to build in the depths of a cottage village for all remote workers finally reached the construction stage. We were unable to get land from the administration and investment of the developers, so we bought land and began to build the infrastructure for their money.

We had originally planned to agree on the allocation of land with the local administration, and investment – with some developer or a venture capital Fund, but failed. Ceasing to run a presentation to different rooms, was able to concentrate on your main work and earn money for the land and initial development.
In the end, we bought a small plot of 17 hectares a few kilometers from the city of Slobodskoy, Kirov region. It's a clearing on the shore Stokovskogo pond, surrounded on three sides by a pine forest from the fourth – bounded coastline. When planning we wanted to preserve the shape of a horseshoe, which suggests plot. The result is a 60 residential lots on 12 acres and three large public areas. The site has a detailed description of the plan.
These plots will be sold at cost (land value + communication divided by the number of plots). The cost will include summing up of roads, water, sewer, electricity and cable Internet. The exact cost will be known closer to the start of sales, while you can only guide about 150-200 Tr for the plot.
Plots will be sold only with a contract – at purchase, you will need to choose a project and pay for the first phase of construction works.
Construction will be carried out by our construction company. The proposed technology – frame with mineral wool as insulation. The whole village will be in the same architectural style, but each house will be made on an individual project.
Construction company we build from scratch – lapped each other on the project mini-hotels and infrastructure for a large child project – IT camp. The provisional price we hope to offer – from 15 to 20 Tr per sq. m. in a state of "under final finishing". Such price due to the cheapness of lumber (Kirov oblast is the largest supplier of wood) and the low level of margins that we put in company.
